9 tea bags
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 gal. water

Directions:
Directions:
Bring about 2 cups water to a boil. Turn off heat; add b aking soda and tea bags. Cover for 2 to 4 hours. Let cool until at least room temperature. Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Dissolve 1 cup sugar in the boiling water; let cool and add to a gallon jug. Add tea to the jug. Finish filling gallon jug with water. Stir. Refrigerate. Serve over ice.
NOTE: If you want unsweetened tea, omit the sugar.
MAKES: 1 gallon.
