"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Cups Warm Water
2 Packages (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast
1/4 Cup Sugar
4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted (1-2 extra Tablespoons if using on top of dough balls)
2 Large Eggs, Lightly Beaten
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
6 Cups All-Purpose Flour
Pam Cooking Spray (or other brand)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a metal 9"x13" baking pan with cooking spray. Pour warm water into a large bowl. Sprinkle yeast into warm water and let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes. Add sugar, butter, eggs, and salt to water/yeast mixture. Whisk to combine. Add flour 1 cup at a time, mixing until well blended between adding each cup. Mix until a sticky dough forms. Spray bowl with cooking spray. Place dough into bowl. Spray top of dough with cooking spray. Spray one side of plastic wrap with cooking spray and place plastic wrap over bowl with cooking spray side toward dough. Set aside in a warm place until dough has doubled in size, about 1 hour. With floured hands, pinch dough and roll in hands to form a golf ball size ball of dough. Place balls of dough in baking pan side by side (you should have 6 rows of 4). Brush the top of dough with melted butter or spray tops with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Stand mixer with dough attachment works best for mixing and forming a large dough ball.
