Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork (pork sausage works well)
1 lg potato, shredded
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together.
Form into balls - approximately 1" diameter
Fry in pan until nicely browned on all sides

Meanwhile make a gravy:
- water
- beef cube (or packet)
- Worcestershire Sauce
- grated brown goat cheese
- salt & pepper

When meatballs are cooked through add to the gravy mixture and simmer to blend flavours.
