6 hard-cooked eggs
2T cornstarch
2c milk
4T margarine
1/2t salt
1/4t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel eggs, crumble the yolks and put in serving bowl. Chop the whites into small cubes and set aside. In saucepan over medium heat, mix cornstarch and milk until smooth. Add margarine, salt and pepper, stirring constantly. Bring to boil. When the white sauce is thick, add the chopped egg whites, boil 1 minute.

Serve white sauce over biscuits or toast; sprinkle the crumbled egg yolks on top
