Cream-3 pack cream cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Base- Graham cracker + butter or cookie dough
Filling- Fruits (+ cornstarch) or cookie dough pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything for the cream together. Blend well for about 3 mins.
Prepare base (melt butter, mix with crushed crackers) and fill in the pan. Cook frozen fruits until unfrozen, add combination of 1 tbsp. cornstarch and a little cold water to it.
Fill the cream into pan. Add filling. (for fruits: swirl with a fork)
Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees

Cheesecake – Catharina Hachtel (my foreign exchange student “sister”) – She baked about 1 cheesecake every week when she stayed with us (probably not the healthiest but boy did it taste great)! My favorite was blueberry and strawberry!
