1 medium Jicama peeled
2-3 granny smith apples peeled & cored
2 T. fresh cilantro

Dressing:

1/2 C. sugar
1 T. Vinegar
1 1/2 C. Hellman's Mayonnaise
1 1/2 limes juiced
Fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
You can use a food processor or a hand shredder.

Peel jicama, cut into chunks & shred.
Peel & core apples, cut into chunks & shred.
Chop cilantro finely or chop in food processor.

Dressing:
Mix sugar, vinegar & mayo until sugar dissolved.
Add the lime juice last just prior to adding to the salad ingredients.

Mix well & add pepper to taste.
