2/3 cup Swerve
1/2 cup brewed coffee or espresso
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 - 375ml bottle Irish whiskey

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Swerve and cocoa in small saucepan with coffee
Slowly add in the heavy cream.
Bring mixture to a slow boil, reduce heat slightly and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in extracts and whiskey. Cool.
Store in a glass bottle in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
