4 cups milk
2 sticks butter (1 cup)
1 cup cooked mashed potatoes
2 tsps. baking powder
11 cups plain flour
2 yeast cakes
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, butter, sugar, salt and potatoes. Heat to boiling. Cool to lukewarm (about 1 hour). Take out 1 cup liquid and add yeast, crumbled. Add to milk mixture. Sift together flour, baking soda and powder. Add flour mixture gradually to milk mixture. Cover and let rise 1 hour. Punch down. Put into refrigerator until ready to make out in rolls or make in rolls immediately. Let rise 1 hour before baking in oven preheated to 350º for 15-20 minutes.
