1 1/2-2 pounds Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 can whole Kernel Corn ( drained)
1 box Stove Top Stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 º
In large bowl mix cream of Chicken Soup and Sour Cream
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes, stir into soup mixture
Add corn, pour into a 13x9 baking pan
Mix stuffing according to package directions and spoon over top of chicken mixture
Bake 30-40 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
We sprinkle cheddar cheese on the top

I add a second box of stuffing when I want it to be more filling, also have added cooked rice and an extra can of cream of chicken soup when wanting a full meal in one pan!!
