1 peck (12 1/2 lbs) green tomatoes
8 large onions
10 green bell peppers
3T salt
6 hot peppers chopped
1qt vinegar
1T cinnamon
1T allspice
1/4t cloves
3T dry mustard
1 3/4c sugar


Directions:
Directions:
Chop tomatoes, onions, peppers together and cover with the salt. Let stand overnight, drain add the hot pepper, vinegar and spices (spices tied in bag) and sugar allow to boil slowly until tender about 15 minutes. Pack in sterilized jars and seal at once.
