1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
1 28 oz. can whole tomatoes
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped onion until soft and translucent.

Add ground beef, breaking up and browning until no pink is present.

Add tomato soup and whole tomatoes. Stir, breaking up whole tomatoes as you stir.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

While the meat mixture is simmering, cook elbow macaroni as per instructions to 'al dente'.

Add drained macaroni to meat mixture. Stir and allow ingredients to simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve with crusty bread.
