1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 pkgs. (4 oz.) crumbled Feta Cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimentos
1 minced garlic clove

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Spoon into 9-in. pie plate. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish with chopped tomato and sliced green onion if desired. Serve with assorted crackers.
