Jalapinos
Monterey Jack cheese
Cream cheese
1 egg
1 small can evaporated milk
Seasoned bread crumbs
Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut fresh jalapinos in half. Clean seeds out and put a piece of Monterey Jack cheese inside.
Cover with cream cheese and mound up.
Beat 1 egg with a small can of evaporated milk. Dip jalapino in egg mixture. Pat until you don't see any jalapino or cheese. Re-Dip in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs. Pat again, then fry in hot oil.
Do 3 or 4 at a time to allow time to dry some before Re-Dipping.
