1 cup coarsely chopped tomato
1/4 cup coarsely chopped onion
1 Tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 or 3 fresh serrano peppers, minced (more if you like it hot.)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions:

Mix the fresh ingredients together, sprinkle with garlic salt and mix again.
It can be stored in the fridge for a few days, but best if eaten right away.
