3 tbs evoo
1/2 head fennel, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp smoked Paprika
1 can (14oz) diced tomatoes
16 oz clam juice
10 small yellow potatoes sliced quarter inch thick
1.5 lbs salmon fillet cut in 1 inch cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet with straight sides. Sauté fennel, celery, pinch of salt. Add garlic and paprika. Add tomatoes and stir. Add clam juice and potatoes, season and cook until potatoes are done, 30 minutes. Season fish, add to stew and cover. Steam fish.
