1-2 bunches of Dino Kale (or spinach)
3-4 Tablespoons Hemp seeds
1-2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes
Optional: mandarin oranges, strawberries, blueberries, pumpkin seeds or other nuts (walnuts, pecans) finely chopped
Annie's Sesame Ginger Dressing (or any kind you like)

Directions:
Directions:
Finely shred the kale with a knife (as for coleslaw). Add other ingredients and your choice of optional ingredients. Toss with dressing and serve!
