2 c. Butter
2 c. Sugar
2 c. Brown Sugar
4 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
4 c. Flour
5 c. Oats
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 large bag of chocolate bits
1 Hershey bar, grated
3 c. nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl mix salt, baking powder, baking soda, flour, and oatmeal which has turned to powder. (To do this put small amounts of oats in blender until it turns to powder). Mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture. Add chocolate bits, Hershey bar, and nuts. Roll golf ball sized balls and place onto a cookie sheet, about 2 in. apart. Bake at 350 degrees for about 8-10 minutes. Do not over bake. Makes about 112 cookies.
