I Pizza Crust (fresh from Publix)
2t EVOO
3t minced Garlic
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella Cheese
¾ cup shredded fresh Parmesan Cheese
20 slices (about 6) plum tomato
1/3 cup thin fresh basil Strips

Directions:
Directions:
Place oven rack in lowest position, heat to 425º

Spray backing sheet , press dough into pan to fit
Brush with EVOO, sprinkle with garlic
Place crust in oven for 6-8 min or until set and dry

Sprinkle with both cheeses and arrange tomato over cheese ad half basil

Bake another 12-17 min

Remove add rest of basil cut into squares serve warm
