2 Cups Self Rising Flour
1/2 Cup Butter (softened)
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla
3 Bananas (mashed)
1/2 Cup Milk
Sprinkle of Nutmeg & Cinnamon
1 1/2 Cup of chopped Walnuts (optional)

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease mini loaf pans (10) or regular sized loaf pan. Cream (use a mixer) butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir until well mixed. Stir in bananas and milk. Add chopped walnuts (if desired). Gradually add in flour. Bake in well-greased mini loaf pans or one regular sized loaf pan at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes. At the 20 minute mark, check to see if done by inserting a toothpick or skewer in the center. If the toothpick or skewer is clean when removed, the bread is done. If bread sticks to the toothpick or skewer, put in the oven for 3-5 more minutes. Repeat process until toothpick or skewer is clean.
