1 and 1/2 heads of cabbage, shredded or a lg bag of cole slaw mix
1-2 Granny Smith apples
1 and 1/2 cups alnuts,chopped but not finely chopped
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
3 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

Peel and core the apples and cut in small chunks.
In a large refrigerator bowl, mix cabbage, apples and walnuts.
Mix the other ingredients together, and then add and mix well all together.

Keep cold until served
