1 can Mandarin oranges
1 lg can pineapple tidbits or chunks
1 lg can sliced peaches, cut in half
1 jar maraschino oranges, without stems
1 /2 cup butter
1/3 cup sherry
1/3 cup instant flour
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the juice from the three fruits together and save. Keep drained cherry juice separate.
In the microwave.,melt butter in glass cup. stir in flour and cherry juice.(add enough other juice to. make 1/2 cup).
Add the sugar and cook in a saucepan to thicken.
Cool.
Stir in the fruit and the sherry. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake at 325º for 45 minutes.

This can be served hot or room temperature.
