3 slices. bread
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 an 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1/4 cup minced onion
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp each of peeper, dry mustard, celery seed, garlic salt
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Ketchup
3 strips uncooked bacon

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, Beat the egg, add milk
Crumble the bread and stir in.
Add remaining ingredients.
pat into a loaf pan or make a mold on heavy foil in baking pan.
Cover top. with ketchup and strips of bacon.

Bake at 350º for one hour.
Turn oven to broil, and bake 1 minute more to crisp the bacon.
