Ingredients:  
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 green pepper, diced
2 teaspoons canola oil
1 cup milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon oregano (dried or fresh)
1 cup peas (canned, fresh, or frozen)
1 can of tuna
3 cups noodles (egg noodles or any type of pasta)
1 whole wheat bread slice broken into crumbs
1/2 cup cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Add oil to frying pan, then cook onion and green pepper.
3. Slowly add both types of milk, stirring constantly, until boiled and thickened.
4. Stir in oregano.
5. Remove from heat and stir in peas and tuna.
6. Boil noodles/pasta for 8 minutes in large pot, then drain.
7. Pour into casserole dish, and add tuna mixture.
8. Mix bread crumbs and cheese in a bowl, then sprinkle over casserole.
9. Cover and bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
