5 c. all-purpose flour.
2 pkg. yeast
2 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs

Directions:
Heat milk, oil, salt and sugar until warm. Milk is right temperature when tested on your wrist like babies milk. Put 3 cups flour in bowl with yeast, stir. Add eggs and milk, mix for three minutes. Stir in remaining flour. Put dough in large bowl that has been greased with oil. Turn dough to cover with oil. Cover and let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until double In size then shape into balls. Use muffin pans and put three balls of dough in each of the muffin to make a clover leaf. Let rise until double in size, about 45 minutes. Bake at 425º for 10 min. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.
