1 box of good quality yellow cake mix
1 can (15 oz.) 100% Pumpkin puree

For the Apple Cider Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. apple cider
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with pumpkin puree. Beat on medium.
3. Pour batter into a greased 7x11 baking dish
4. Bake for 28 minutes. Check with toothpick.
5. Cool completely before adding glaze.

Glaze:
In a small bowl, blend all glaze ingredients together until smooth and pour over cake letting it drizzle down the sides of the cake. Let it set before covering.
