Ingredients:  
1 box condensed Mincemeat (None Such)
1 1/2 tsps. grated lemon peel
1 unbaked double crust pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375
2. Combine reconstituted mincemeat and lemon peel in a bowl. Mix well.
3. Cut 2 1/2' circles from pie crust, press into small muffin cups.
4. Fill with mincemeat.
5. From pastry scraps, cut small designs and top tarts with cut-outs.
5. Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and remove from pans.
