Pumpkin Bread Recipe

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup + 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 large egg
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup water

1. In a large bowl, combine both sugars, flour, baking powder and soda, salt and spices.
2. In another bowl, combine egg, pumpkin, oil and water. Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix until combined.
3. Grease 9x4 loaf pan and pour batter into it.
4. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Check with toothpick. Let cool for 5 minutes and then take out of pan to cool on wire rack.
