Ingredients: 2 tbsp S0 Delicious dairy free Culnary Coconut milk Lite 2/3 Brown sugar 1/3 White Sugar 1 Gluten free flour blend we used King Arthur 1/2 Vegan Butter 1tsp Vanilla Pinch of Salt 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 Dairy free chocolate chips we used Enjoy Live Brand 1/2 Cocoa nibs

Directions:in large mixing bowl Add the Sugars and vagan butter cream with a hand mister or stand mixer until smooth then add the vanilla and culinary Milk Cream again until well combined in a separate bowl stir together the flour baking soda and salt slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and combine until a heavy batter forms Fold in the chocolate chips and cocoa nibs using a spatula Spoon Tablespoon Balls onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8- 12 minutes Allow to Cool for 5 min before serving |
