2 Pork Tenderloins
2 Tbsp. Oil
1 Onion, diced
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp fresh ground Pepper
2 cups Chicken Broth
2 cups Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Slice tenderloins into 2-inch chunks.
Heat oil in pressure cooker.
Salt and pepper the tenderloins.
Brown all chunks of meat on all sides.
Add broth, 1 cup of BBQ sauce, onion, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Lock the lid on the pressure cooker.
Once pressure is built up, cook for 30 minutes.
Turn the stove knob to off and let the pressure release on its own.
Take the cover off and shred the meat.
Add the remaining 1 cup of BBQ sauce.
