3 cups Fibre One Cereal
4 cups skim milk, soured with 1/4 cup vinegar
9 egg whites
6 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 1/2 cup boiling water
6 tsp baking powder
5 tsp baking soda
3 cups uncooked wheat (or oat) bran
2 cups shredded carrots
5 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup Splenda or it's equivalent
1/2 cup unpacked brown sugar
2 tbsp molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the boiling water over the brans and let sit.
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix wet ingredients together in a bowl.
Combine both mixtures in your biggest bowl.
Refrigerate overnight. Uncooked batter will keep 5 to 7 days.
Bake at 375º for 20 - 25 minutes.
