1 can Campbell's Condensed Low Fat Cream of Celery Soup
1/3 cup Mayonaise
1/3 cup Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp prepared yellow mustard
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/3 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
2 lb coleslaw mix

Directions:

Stir all ingredients except the cole slaw mix in a large bowl.

Mix in the coleslaw mix and stir to coat.

Chill for 2 hours.

I have been looking for a coleslaw sauce for years that was lower fat AND tasted good. Amazing that canned soup was the answer. This sauce is AMAZINGLY GOOD. Don't discount it before trying it.
