Dough


Ingredients:

1 package of yeast dissolved in 1/4 c of warm water
1 tsp salt
5 c flour
3 eggs
1/2 lb butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine above ingredients and allow dough to rise, placing a dishcloth over bowl and placing in warm location
2. Upon doubling in size, divide dough into two parts, cover with dishcloth again and allow to rise for a second time
3. Take half of the dough, roll out, and place in a 13x9 greased baking dish
 

Filling


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 lbs provolone and/or mozzarella cheese, cubed/shredded
2 lbs ham, diced
Eggs, as needed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put filling in baking dish
2. Roll out remaining dough and cover, crimping the edges
3. Prick the top of the pie with a fork
4. Brush with milk
5. Bake in a 350 degree oven
