1 lb. Ground Italian sausage
24 oz. Pasta sauce; any kind you want
14.5 oz can Cannellini beans, drained & rinsed
1 bx Frozen Chopped spinach
1 small yellow onion, diced
4 c. chicken broth
1 c. uncooked pasta

1. Brown the sausage in a pan
2. Add sausage and remaining ingredients (EXCEPT the pasta) to the slow cooker
3. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours
4. Add pasta the last 15 minutes of cooking and turn it up to High

The great thing about this one is it's so flexible. You can choose mild Italian sausage or spicy if you like. Pick whatever sauce you want, Pick whatever type of pasta you want.

This is a great option for freezer meals too. You can put all of the ingredients in a gallon-sized ziploc and freeze it til your ready to make it. Let it defrost in the fridge the night before and then cook it in crock pot.
