1 medium sized onion chopped
3 small zucchini sliced
4 ripe tomatoes chopped
salt to taste
3/4 tsp marjoram
1 c grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in a little oil until soft. Add zucchini and cook until it becomes slightly transparent. Add tomatoes, salt and marjoram and simmer until tomatoes soften about 15 min. Place the cheese on top. Cover and simmer until cheese melts.
