2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon Juice
salt and pepper to taste

Salad ingredients
Cut up Green and Red peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and sweet onion.
Directions:
Directions:
Toss dressing with the cut up vegetables. Shred Feta cheese that has been in the freezer for 20 minutes onto the top of the vegetables and serve.
