2 large bunches of radishes
2 small heads of Butter lettuce
2 tblsps. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped chives
1 tblsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, trim and quarter radishes. Wash and drain lettuce. Roughly chop. Heat butter in a large skittle over medium high heat. Add radishes, chives, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in leaves and cook until wilted, about two minutes. Garnish with more chives and black pepper.
