2 tblsps. red wine vinegar
1 tblsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1 large head Bibb lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
3 cups baby arugula
1 cup cooked chickpeas
4 hard boiled eggs, quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Make dressing by whisking together wine, mustard, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Gradually drizzle in olive oil while whisking constantly. In a large bowl, combine Bibb lettuce, arugula and chick peas. Toss with 1/4 cup dressing. Top with eggs and drizzle with 2 tblsps. dressing. Serve remaining dressing on side.
