cream cheese
flour
egg
vanilla
brown sugar
pecans

Directions:

1 stick of butter softened
1 3 oz. cream cheese softened
1 cup of flour
mix together like you would a pie crust
after mixing press a small ball in small muffin pans set aside

filling

1 egg
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup brown sugar
and 1 cup chopped pecans

fill each muffin with a small amount of the filling don't fill to the top it will bubble over bake for 20 to 25
minutes or till done let cool a little bit before removing
bake at 350 degrees
