4 clean goose breasts
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups flour (seasoned to taste, I use Tony's Cajun Creole Seasoning and Garlic Salt) in large lidded container
2 cups Canola Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs and milk in bowl
Cut goose breast into 1" chunks and place in egg and milk blend. Let soak for a few minutes.
Heat oil in fryer or skillet to 400 degrees (test heat by dropping a little flour into oil)
Place goose nuggets in bowl with flour, put the lid on and shake to allow four mix to coat meat thoroughly.
Carefully drop into hot oil and cook till golden brown.
Remove from oil, drain and enjoy with your favorite steak sauce! (I prefer Habanero sauce) or cover in country gravy.
