8 c. squash, sliced 1/4"
1 c. green pepper, cut into chunks
2 1/2 c. onion, cut into chunks
2 c. white vinegar
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Soak squash, peppers and onions for one hour in ice water.
Heat vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed until dissolved. Drain squash mixture. Pour into vinegar mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes until squash gets a little tender.
Seel in mason jars.
