2 cups granulated sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and cocoa together in a heavy saucepan
2. Gradually add milk to sugar mixture (stir in slowly so sauce will not lump)
3. Bring sauce to a boil. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes, until thickend to your likeness.
5. Cool and serve over ice cream
