4 Qt Strawberrys sliced or quartered
4 Qt Rhubarb ½” to 1” dice
6 cups sugar
7 cups water
2 ¼ cups clear jel
¾ cup Lemon Juice
Add red food coloring if you want a deeper red color

Directions:
Place sugar, clear jell, water in a large pot and heat until it starts thicken, keep stirring. Add fruit and bring back to a boil, it does not have to completely cook it will finish in the canner and then when you make your pie. Place in Quart jars and hot water bath for 25 min
