2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium onion
1 jar Trappey's Hot Peppers
1 14.5 can petite diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
In a 6" pot with medium heat cover the bottom with the vegetable oil.
Dice onion and add it to the oil. Cook onions until soft.
Slice peppers into small pieces. About 1/3 jar.
Mix in with the onions. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Drain off access oil and add can of tomatoes. Add in about a tbsp of the Trappey's pepper juice.
Cover and reduce heat.
Simmer about 10 minutes
