1 lg package frozen broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts or any vegetable you like.
1 16 oz cheese whiz or ½ lb Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables according to package (don't over cook) Drain well. Put in large casserole dish. Mix cheese and soup together. Spoon over the hot vegetables. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Top with 1 can french fried onion rings and bake another 15 minutes
