1 small loaf of good white bread
10 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 8 ounce pkg cream cheese
1 1/2 cups real maple syrup
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cube the loaf of bread and spread half the cubes in an 11 x 13 backing or casserole pan. Combine the cream cheese and a half cup of maple syrup and cream until spreadable. Drop the cream cheese mixture by small spoonfuls on the bread cubes and spread them out a little. Dust with cinnamon. Arrange the remaining cubes on top of the cream cheese.
Beat together the remaining maple syrup, eggs, and milk in a large bowl. Pour over the bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.
Next morning dust with cinnamon and bake for 45 minutes in a 350º oven until golden brown.
