8 oz bag of popcorn (corn puffs)
⅓ cup light corn syrup
¾ cup butter
½ tsp vanilla
1-½ cup light brown sugar
½ tsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan melt butter; add brown sugar and corn syrup. Boil at medium heat for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat; add vanilla and soda. Stir until well blended. Pour over corn puffs. (I suggest using a large turkey roaster pan.) Stir until well coated. Bake 1 ½ hours at 250º stirring every 15 minutes. (Instead of stirring I put the lid on the roaster and shake well) Store in air-tight continer
