12- 16 ounces elbow macaroni
1 pound ground beef
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon Worsteshire sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:

1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook the pasta to al dente. Rinse and return to pot.

2. Meanwhile cook the ground beef and onion until brown and drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes, soup , ketchup, green pepper, worsteshire, salt and pepper. stir until combined.

3. Add to pasta. Stir in 1 cup of cheese and place in a casserole dish. Top with the remaining cup of cheese.

4. Bake in a 375º 40 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly
