1 1/2 pounds of Brussel Sprouts with ends trimmed and yellow leaves removed
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C)
Toss trimmed Brussel sprouts, olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper onto a baking sheet. Toss with tongs to make sure all Brussel sprouts are coated.
Place baking sheet on center oven rack.

Roast in oven for about 30-45 minutes, shaking pan every 5-7 minutes for even browning.
Reduce heat when necessary to prevent burning.
Brussel sprouts should be dark brown, almost black when done.
Adjust seasoning with kosher salt if necessary.
Serve immediately.
