"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

1 small can chopped green chilies(rinse and drain well)

3/4 cup butter

Directions:
Place bead on cookie sheet.
Mix 3/4 butter ( melted) with chopped green chilies and garlic. Keep mixture in one container.
Mix grated Jack cheese, Colby or Sharp Cheddar Cheese with real Mayonnaise. Keep in another container.

Spread very thin layer of butter mixture on slices of bread and add layer of cheese mixture on. I put it on with a spoon packing down the cheese around the edges. (You will use more cheese mixture than butter). If the butter is too thick it may be a little to greasy)

Broil at 375 for about 8-10 minutes until bubbly and Christ. (Do not bake)
