1/2 c Good Quality Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
4 Cloves Garlic, Crushed and Minced
2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 c fresh Parmesan Cheese, Fine Grated
1/4 c Balsamic Vigegar or to taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste

Dip Favorite Bread

Mix ingredients and prepare fresh each time for flavor. May roast garlic if crunchy garlic is preferred.
